π‘ INTRODUCTION
π§Ώ What does it really mean to chase out demons?
According to Master Woo Myung, demons are not external monstersβthey are the manifestations of the false mind within.
When these demons depart, oneβs mind unites with God and becomes a world of oneness.
But the process is not easy.
π§οΈ A person who chases out demons weeps tears of bloodβa symbol of the deep internal struggle required to overcome delusion.
Even after the demons are gone, they leave behind a ghost-house, full of insectsβthe source of persistent delusional thoughts and images.
To become divine, one must diligently catch and eliminate all these insects within the mind.
πΏ This powerful teaching by Master Woo Myung illuminates the inner path from darkness to light, from false self to divinity.

Chasing Out Demons
A person who chases out demons weeps tears of blood.
Demons are manifestations of the mind one has.
When oneβs demons depart, he unites with God
and the world of oneness exists in his mind.
When the demons have been chased out,
the ghost-house in which the demons lived
remains in his body.
Because they lived there for so long
there are countless insects,
and many different varieties of them tooβ
the insects are the source of his delusional thoughts
and images.
Diligently catch all the insects,
and become a divine being.
