✨ INTRODUCTION

In this reflection, Master Woo Myung explains that loneliness is not something that originally exists, but something created by the self. 🌿
When the self disappears, the feeling of loneliness also disappears.

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

What is the cause of loneliness and how can it be dealt with?

Loneliness takes many forms. A person can feel lonely when he is alone or feels neglected, but there is also the loneliness that he himself makes.

Loneliness is felt because one’s self exists. When he β€” the self β€” does not exist, he does not feel lonely.

All people live lonely lives. It is fine to console oneself by thinking of those who are worse off than himself.

Loneliness is made by one’s self; that is, it is not something that originally exists.

It is possible to lose oneself in the thought that he is lonely or neglected.

All people live such lives so it is important not to further make the non-existent minds of loneliness.
