โจ In this profound and practical teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that to truly live in the moment, one must first discard the false mindโthe endless thoughts about the past and future that do not exist.
People dream false dreams, perform false deeds, and worry over illusions. But when one eliminates the life lived of the self, along with the habits and attachments of the body, oneโs mind becomes realโanchored in the true world.
In this state, every action arises naturally in the present moment, leading to clarity, capability, and genuine success. ๐ฟ

Be in the Moment. How to Live in the Moment
Everyone living in this world dreams false dreams, does false deeds, and then ends up dying. Because people are too busy regretting their past, worrying about the future, and being obsessed with things that do not actually exist, their lives are not grounded in reality.
If you want to be realistic, you should eliminate the life lived of the self, habits, and body. Your mind then becomes the living consciousness of the true world, which is the realistic mind. Your mind becomes the mind that can be dedicated to the work you do in the present.
Consequently, you will be successful in what you do because you will do your utmost, which will make you a capable person.
People are unable to live in the present moment because of the countless thoughts within themselves. All of these thoughts are either about the past, which is nothing but a nonexistent mind, or about the future, which also does not exist. All of these countless thoughts are nonexistent.
When you discard these thoughts and become real and true, there is only this present moment. You will then be realistic and efficient in what you do, which will enable you to also live well in the future. If you work hard now and create results, you will reap tomorrow what you sow today.

๐ REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION
At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners are guided to let go of the false mind that clings to memories and anticipations. ๐
When these thoughts are discarded, one becomes fully alive in the now, free from regret or anxiety. In this clarity, life flows naturally and efficiently, and oneโs actions align with the living consciousness of Truth.
To live in the moment is to live as the Universe itselfโpeaceful, complete, and ever-present. ๐ผ
