INTRODUCTION

๐ŸŒŒ In this writing, Master Woo Myung explains that the average person lives with a strong sense of self, and because of this attachment-filled mind, Truth cannot exist within.

This teaching reveals that what people call โ€œselfโ€ is a false self made of layers of original sin and personal sin, and that living within such a limited mind prevents union with great Nature itselfโ€”Truth. ๐ŸŒฟ

Master Woo Myung clarifies that only when one completely discards the self and returns to Nature does Truth arise within, and only then does a person truly live as Truth itself. โœจ

๐Ÿ“– ORIGINAL WRITING BY Master Woo Myung

The Average Person Has No Truth Within

Man has a sense of self in his mind,
and because of it
he has no Truth therein.
This sense of self is his attachment-filled mind.
This sense of self is what has created his false selfโ€”
a self that has numerous layers.

Man has no Truth.
With his self-centered original sin and personal sins
he establishes his mind which is no bigger than himselfโ€”
this mind being what he deems as his self.
And because he lives with such a mind,
he has no Truth.

Truth is great Nature itself,
and so when he completely discards his self
and thus returns to Nature,
he will have Truth.

๐ŸŒฟ REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION

At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners reflect on why the sense of self blocks Truth, learning to discard the layered false mind and return to great Nature itself.
Through this reflection, individuals discover how Truth can arise within when the self is completely let go. ๐ŸŒ
