The Age of Becoming Maitreyas
A disciple of Won Buddhism asked the founder So-tae-san when the Maitreya will come, and he was told that he will come soon. He also said that in this age, everyone will all become Maitreyas. When asked if there is a person who has already become so, he replied that everyone who becomes enlightened is Maitreya.
Maitreya is the complete existence, and the existence of Truth. The existence of Maitreya will become enlightened of the way to make others become like him and make all people become one. When this happens and people change, it is the fulfillment of the yong-hwa world—a perfect world.
