There is no one in this world with a true conscience. The true conscience is God and Buddha. He who has totally discarded his self and has been reborn in Heaven may converse freely with Buddha and God, whereby an answer can be received at will when one calls out to the God within oneself. Anyone who has reached this stage is capable of perfectly free-flowing conversations with God, and this is why one’s true consciousness is indeed God and Buddha.
