INTRODUCTION
🌿 The mind is the root of human suffering.
As Master Woo Myung teaches, the mood of one’s life becomes one’s karma, and karma becomes a burden—a restriction that confines the soul.
True liberation is found when we release these burdens and return to where we truly belong, the origin of Truth.
To go toward Truth is to escape the confinement of the mind and awaken into freedom that never fades. 🌅
ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
Restrictions
Minds make people suffer,
because minds are a continuation
of the mood of the life one lived.
The mood of his life becomes his karma.
Karma is a type of burden;
and burden is a restriction of freedom;
and restriction is a kind of confinement.
Confinement is the opposite of freedom –
it is to be bound within something.
These things are karma and burdens of the mind.
All people must be liberated
and return to where they should be,
in order to go towards Truth.

REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION
🕊️ Freedom is not found by adding more knowledge or possessions,
but by discarding the mind’s burdens that confine us.
At Santa Clara Meditation, we practice the method of mind subtraction,
releasing the karma and emotions that restrict our true nature.
When we return to the place of Truth, we find eternal peace and liberation. 🌈
