INTRODUCTION

๐Ÿ’ซ In this profound teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that sin is not merely an act, but a state of the human mind. Humanity inherited original sin from the moment it began to discern good and evilโ€”creating separation from Truth. Our personal sin is the life lived within that falseness.

Through meditation and repentance, one can eliminate this false life and self, returning to the pure state of oneness with God. When all sin is discarded, one is reborn in eternal Heaven while still living.

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

Sin

Human sin consists of original sin and personal sin.
Original sin is inherited from birth.
This sin came into existence from the moment Adam and Eve
ate the forbidden fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
This does not mean that such a tree actually existed;
rather it means that from the moment humans began discerning between right and wrong,
they held it in their minds that such an act was sin,
which is why the Bible says that they โ€œpicked the fruit and ate it.โ€

Adam and Eve were sinners, or in other words they were demons,
and so their children were demons and so are we.
Such is original sin, or inherited sin.

Personal sin is the life that man has lived as a sinner.
When man eliminates his life along with his self within
and offers up all he has,
he will be reborn in eternal and everlasting Heaven
as the child of God.

REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION

๐ŸŒผ Meditation allows us to see how deeply sin is woven into human thought. The moment one begins to judge, compare, or possess, sin arises. By discarding the mind of good and evil, one returns to the original state of innocence.
Through sincere meditation, repentance, and offering up the false self, oneโ€™s soul is cleansed and reborn in Heaven within.
