INTRODUCTION

✨ In this contemplative teaching, Master Woo Myung invites us to live as the true self—a state beyond judgment, beyond the restless human mind, abiding only in nature’s flow. 🌌

Just as rain, wind, clouds, and rivers live without striving, we too must live without the mind of doing. To live as Truth is to live with great compassion and love, embodying the great mind of the universe. 🌿

The true self is not bound by body or self; it is the non-material, eternal existence that is one with great nature itself.

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

Live as the True Self

Fly…
Rest…
Run…
Walk…
Everything exists according to its own shape.
Do not cry, do not laugh.
Just live.
Live as is.
Live as your true self.
Live without mind, like nature,
abiding by nature.
Live without mind,
like rain, wind, clouds, water, and all creations.

Do without the mind of doing.
Have great mercy and compassion.
Love truly,
live with true mind, abiding by the flow of nature.

Nature allows all creation to live
through its boons and benefits.
Likewise, just follow as nature’s flow,
which is the great mind of the universe,
just live that way.

The true self dies when
one lives only for his self and his body;
one dies because he has no true self.
So be your own true self and live as your own true self.
The true self is a non-material real existence,
which exists but does not exist; which does not exist but exists.
It is great nature itself,
and is Truth, which exists as is.
It does not have judgment or discernment.
