Why Man Needs to Be Saved

If man were complete and true, then religion and other places where people strive to become Truth would not exist and man would not be waiting for the Messiah or Maitreya.

It is said in the Bible that human sin has existed since Adam and Eve ate the fruit of good and evil. In actuality, a fruit of good and evil did not really exist – it is just a figurative way of saying that man sowed the concept of good and evil into his mind. That man “ate” such mind, such fruit, means that he put conceptions of what good and evil are into his mind – this is what sin is. The individual betrayed the whole that is the great Creator and “ate” all kinds of things that belong to the world. Therefore man lives in sin and is dead within that sin.

During the period of the Universe when man was incomplete, the human population increased rapidly. During this time, the greed of the human race drove the rapid development of civilization. People often ask why God did not make man complete if he himself is complete. It must have been the unintended intention of the sky to make human life incomplete so that the human population would increase and as many people as possible in the world can be saved. If the human race had been created complete from the beginning it may have already become extinct.

The sky, heaven, is silent but the world moves according to its will. Heaven must one day come as a human-being in order for salvation to happen. To save man, that is, if man is to escape from the world of sin and be born in the world of Truth, a person of the true world must come. Man thinks he lives according to his own human will, but although the Universe that is the Creator does not have any intentions or plans, it will, without fail, come as a true person from the world of Truth to save people.

This is the unintended intention, the will, of the Universe. Once the population has reached its peak according to the will of the Universe, it will save many people.

Man’s salvation is falseness becoming Truth.

Only the existence of Truth can save man by making him become Truth. Man needs to be saved because he is false; he needs to be made into Truth. This is the role of Truth.
