Many seek enlightenment, but few understand what it truly means.
Master Woo Myung teaches that enlightenment comes not from gaining knowledge, but from cleansing the false mind.
The more falseness is discarded, the more one becomes Truth—and it is to that degree that one awakens.
Enlightenment is not a single moment—it is a continuous deepening, until one becomes complete.

What Is Enlightenment?
Enlightenment is what one comes to know as much as one has become Truth by cleansing his false mind.
In the Bible, it says that a person believes with his heart and confesses with his mouth in order to be saved. One has enlightened to this verse if his mind enlightens and realizes, “Ah, this is what it means.” For falseness to become Truth, one can enlighten to the degree that the false mind is discarded. Thus, you must enlighten profusely until you become complete.
