How to Meditate Properly: True Meditation Method
People often meditate in various ways to attain enlightenment, know the ways of the world, and also become saints and enlightened beings.
Until now, there have been numerous different types of meditation: ones where you sit still, think about a certain topic and only focus on that, or intentionally put the body through discomfort, etc. However, no one has truly been enlightened. If a meditation method truly works, anyone who meditates according to the method should become enlightened.
There is no enlightenment for a person who lives in the human mind world, which is made by taking pictures and copying the things of the world. This is because there is no Truth in oneβs mind. Enlightenment comes when the true mind is revealed to the degree that the false mind has been eliminated.
In the Bible, it is stated that one should believe in oneβs heart and confess with oneβs mouth. When there is no falseness, only Truth remains and you will confess, βAh, this is it!β When you do the meditation of eliminating the self, you will enlighten and become Truth. Thus, this is the true meditation method.
