Introduction
✨ In this profound teaching, Master Woo Myung explores man’s destiny, revealing the difference between living in an illusionary world of the mind and being born into the world of Truth.
According to Master Woo Myung, while nature simply exists and all creations live according to their conditions, human beings alone become trapped in a self-created world of illusion, formed by thoughts, memories, and mental images. This creates a life of restlessness, burden, and suffering, even though such a world does not truly exist in reality. 🌿
This writing explains that to live on the “ground” is to live within the illusionary mind, which is described as a form of hell. In contrast, to be born in “heaven” is to live in the mind of Truth, beyond the limitations of the false self. True destiny, therefore, is to discard falseness, be reborn as what is real, and live eternally while still alive.
Through these words, Master Woo Myung reveals that completion, Truth, heaven, illusion, and rebirth are deeply connected to the destiny of human life.

Man’s Destiny
The wind and clouds are sleeping,
and only man who does not have anywhere to go,
is uselessly busy without doing his work.
The world is hectic because people are hectic.
Great nature just exists, and all creations just live,
and only man, who does not achieve anything,
is bewilderedly living in the illusionary world inside his mind,
living according to the pictures that have been taken,
without freedom, according to what the pictures have scripted.
By himself, he has trapped himself in the ground.
The ground is the illusionary world, and he lives in it.
Thus, he lives with the suffering and burden of the world of hell.
However, that world is an illusion,
because it does not exist in the world of reality.
He who is born on the ground, lives on the ground –
this means such a person is living in hell,
because he is born on the ground and lives in the tunnel of his mind.
The expression, he who is born in heaven lives in heaven,
means such a person lives with the mind of reality that is Truth and heaven,
because he is born in heaven, outside the tunnel of the mind;
he is one with the whole world,
and he lives in heaven, the land of Truth.
Falseness becoming Truth is completion,
and when all falseness disappears, Truth remains.
When one’s false body and mind disappears, that which is real remains.
When man is born as what is real,
he will do what he needs to do – he will do his work –
and he will become complete.
Man can become complete when he discards his self that is false
and is reborn as a real person.
One must live eternally while he is alive,
and one must go to heaven, while he is still alive.
There are so many people living in the world,
but there is no righteous person who has been born in heaven,
thus man does not know he is dead,
and he does not know what it is to live.
No one knows the world they live in is an illusion.
A true person knows what it is to be dead and what it is to live.
He who knows is he who has been born and who lives in the world –
the land of Truth.
To know is to know the ways of the world;
to know the ways of the world is to know the origin of the world,
it is to know that existence and non-existence of the world is one,
and it is to know the significance of being born, dying and living.
Knowing the ways of the true world is real knowledge and wisdom.
The source – the origin of the world – must come as a person
in order for the world to be saved.
This is because such a person is the master of the world,
and because he is able to save and kill,
and to make things exist and disappear.
This is the power over life and death.

Reflect at Santa Clara Meditation
🌿 The teaching of Master Woo Myung invites us to reflect on the true destiny of human life.
This writing suggests that while many people live busy and restless lives, they may be trapped within an illusionary world created by their own minds. True freedom comes not from external circumstances, but from transcending the false self and discovering the world of Truth.
At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners learn how to discard the false mind and be reborn into the land of Truth, where one lives with clarity, purpose, and freedom. Through the teachings of Master Woo Myung, one can reflect on destiny, illusion, heaven, completion, and the meaning of true life, moving toward a state of being that is beyond suffering and limitation. ✨
