Master Woo Myung teaching on truth true mind existence illusion and life

Introduction

✨ In this profound teaching, Master Woo Myung speaks about Truth that simply exists, beyond all change, conditions, and human emotions.

According to Master Woo Myung, the true mind remains unchanged whether the wind blows or the rain falls, whether life flows or the world transforms. While human life is filled with events, emotions, regrets, and judgments, the mind that is truly aligned with Truth simply exists, untouched by all of it. 🌿

This writing reveals that most people live storing regrets, comparing themselves with others, and wandering endlessly within their own minds. Such a life, Master Woo Myung explains, is like a floating cloud or a bubble, without lasting substance.

Through these words, Master Woo Myung points to the silent arrival of Truthβ€”without form, sound, or warningβ€”and teaches that only those who understand the meaning and purpose of life can truly see and hear it.

Truth, Which Just Exists

Whether the wind blows, or the rain falls,
the mind that is true just exists.
Regardless of the water flowing by, or how the world changes,
the mind that is true just exists.

His mind just exists, even as he ages
and his forehead becomes lined along with the passage of time,
and his mind just exists, even when he dies.

There may be many things that happen in human life,
things that make him shout, or weep,
but his mind has departed from all regrets, all bitterness;
it has left all human matters.

Where is it, and where has it gone?

In the matters of human life,
one lives storing many regrets in his mind,
judging who is better than whom,
but such is the life of a floating cloud, and in it, no one is great.

There are only a lot of words,
and only in words is he great,
but nothing about him is actually great.

If one does not know that life is like a bubble that disappears,
it is because he himself is a bubble and he is not born in the world
and he does not live in it.

Man for whom there is no end no matter how far he goes and goes,
man who does not know where he must go,
only roams round and round inside his mind.

When Truth comes, without sound, smell or taste,
when Truth comes without fore-warning,
he will teach the ways of the world
and he will speak of the world.

But man who does not know the meaning or purpose of life
will not be able to see him or hear his words.

Reflect at Santa Clara Meditation

🌿 The teaching of Master Woo Myung invites us to reflect on the difference between the unchanging Truth and the constantly changing experiences of human life.

This writing suggests that while people are often caught in emotions, comparisons, regrets, and endless thoughts, the true mind remains unchanged and simply exists. To recognize this requires going beyond the illusions created by the human mind.

At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners learn how to observe and discard the false mind, letting go of accumulated thoughts and attachments. Through the teachings of Master Woo Myung, one can reflect on Truth, the nature of existence, the illusion of human life, and the possibility of living in the mind that simply exists beyond all change. ✨
