Introduction

✨ In this teaching, Master Woo Myung describes the profound nature of the True Mind. Unlike the ordinary human mind filled with desires, attachments, and limitations, the True Mind is described as limitless, timeless, and completely free.

According to Master Woo Myung, the True Mind is not merely a state of thought or emotion but the very essence of the Universe itself. It is the universal Body and Mind β€” referred to as Jung (Body) and Shin (Mind) β€” that exists beyond the conditions of birth, aging, sickness, and death. 🌌

When a person’s consciousness fully awakens to this True Mind, the individual self dissolves and one becomes united with the universal consciousness. In this state, life is no longer bound by fear or limitation, and one lives in harmony with the natural flow of existence.

Through this teaching, Master Woo Myung emphasizes that a person who lives with the True Mind serves the greater good of humanity and the will of Heaven, accumulating blessings that endure beyond the limits of human life. 🌿

The True Mind

The true Mind is weightless.

The true Mind has no wants or desires.

The true Mind is the whole of creation.

The true Mind is the Universe.

The true Mind knows no time.

The true Mind exists as it is.

The true Mind exists of its own accord.

The true Mind is the β€˜Jung (Body)’ and β€˜Shin (Mind)’ of the Universe.

The true Mind is not bound to birth, age, sickness, or death.

He who has the true Mind is one whose consciousness has awakened completely.

He who has the true Mind is God.

The mind and the consciousness are one to a person for whom the true Mind has become his individual consciousness. His consciousness is God and so he lives absent of death.

The living are born into eternal Heaven and live; thus, he who lives is a person who has died while he was alive.

In fact, such a person no longer has his self and has been born again as Truth; he lives following the flow of Nature, working for the deliverance of mankind and for Heaven.

He dwells in the Land of the living, and so his joys are endless.

He lives serving the will of Heaven with a grateful heart – its will being that man lives accumulating his blessings in Heaven.

Man lives according to his mind.

A person whose mind is the true Mind will live in the living Land with a living consciousness.

Therefore, he who has the true Mind will live, and he who lives will accumulate his blessings in Heaven by doing the work of Heaven.

Such blessings are alive and they are his; therefore, he lives on his blessings in the living Land.

He is one who has been blessed, and so he lives in Heaven eternally, for which the glory of that Land is his.

🌿 Reflect at Santa Clara Meditation

At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners reflect on teachings from Master Woo Myung that guide individuals toward discovering the True Mind.

Meditation is a process of discarding the accumulated mind β€” the thoughts, memories, and attachments that obscure the clarity of one’s original nature.

🌠 As these layers gradually disappear, individuals can experience a deeper awareness that aligns with the Body and Mind of the Universe, allowing them to live with peace, wisdom, and harmony with the natural flow of life.
