Introduction

๐Ÿ”Ž In this insightful teaching, Master Woo Myung clarifies the difference between prophecies about the Universe and prophecies about human life. While predictions about natureโ€™s flow may align with Truth, forecasts concerning individual human lives cannot ultimately be true.

According to Master Woo Myung, human life itself is constructed from the false mind, not from the true world. What is truly real exists beyond existence and non-existenceโ€”where all illusions have ceased. ๐ŸŒŒ

This writing challenges the common fascination with fortune-telling and shamanistic predictions, guiding readers instead toward understanding what Truth actually is and where it resides.

Why are prophecies about human life wrong?

There are two types of prophecies: prophecies about natureโ€™s flow of the Universe and prophecies about human life. Prophecies about the Universe are Truth so they are correct but because human life is not of the true world, prophecies about human life are not Truth. This is because human life itself is false and not true. What is true resides in non-existence where absolutely everything has ceased, so in terms of Truth, it is illogical that someone can know what will happen in a personโ€™s life in advance.

Although a shamanโ€™s prophecy is sometimes right, it is inconsequential because human life itself is false from the viewpoint of Truth. Therefore, one should not be too attached to prophecies which are not true.
