✨ INTRODUCTION

In this poetic teaching, Master Woo Myung compares the silent flow of water to the mind of the origin. 🌿
He shows that when the self disappears, one can live like nature itselfβ€”free, silent, and complete.

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

The Mind of the Origin

The river flows, and is going somewhere,
and my heavy mind wants to follow it and leave.

The river flows silently, always downward from a high place,
according to the universal order of nature.

On the other hand, man’s delusional thoughts flit back and forth
but he has not actually achieved anything in the world.

The waves rise when the wind blows
and they are joined by the rain when it falls.

The water gives life to countless plants and vegetation,
and although it does many things, it is silent;
It does not even have the thought that it does what it does.

It just lives, having become the origin,
having become the mind of nature itself.

He who has become like this
can live like the wind and water
because he has become Truth.
