INTRODUCTION
β¨ In this profound writing, Master Woo Myung explains why life may seem futile at firstβand why that perception changes completely when one is reborn as Truth. π
πΏ He reveals that what appears meaningless from the perspective of the false self becomes eternally meaningful from the perspective of the world. When one returns to the origin and is reborn there, life is no longer like a bubbleβit becomes the living reality of Truth. π
This teaching shows the difference between living as an illusion and living as what truly exists.
ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
The Life Truth Leads When It Is Born in the World
Past saints spoke of the affairs of life being futile, in vain, and like a bubble,
because human life is limited in time.
I teach man about the futility, vanity and bubble-like qualities of
life so that he can become real,
after which I teach him it is not futile, or in vain or bubble-like after all.
I teach him about the place of the origin β
the place before great nature came forth.
I make him return to the origin completely,
so that he can be reborn there as Truth.
Man lives immaturely.
His self is a dream and the problem is he holds onto his self
and wishes for his false self to be able to live.
I can only sigh, without saying anything,
pitying the poor sentient beings.
Oneβs illusionary self lives without knowing
where it must go or even whether it is alive
because he lives unaware that he is false.
What exists in the world is real
but man is non-existent because he is not in the world.
He is non-existent because he does not live in the world.
What is in the world exists,
but what is not in the world does not.
Man does not know this
because he has never become the perspective of the world.
All scriptures were written from the worldβs perspective,
and the origin of Truth must come to the world as a person
if man is to become Truth.
A person who teaches Truth must be the existence of Truth
if his teachings enable people to actually become Truth.
People want to become Truth themselves,
but they are unwilling to accept that the person teaching them
is also Truth.
Man does not become Truth because of anything he himself does;
it is done for him by Truth.
Man believes he lives in the world because of his own greatness,
but he is an illusion that only cares about himself.
What is complete in the world,
what has been born in the land of Jung and Shin,
just exists, no matter how much you destroy or get rid of it.
What disappears when it is destroyed or eliminated is an illusion,
and it has not been born in the world.
When non-existence exists,
it is because it has been born in the real world;
for such is what exists and what lives.
The world is heaven and paradise,
and he who is born as such lives a life of Truth.

πΏ REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION
At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners reflect on this teaching to understand the difference between living as the false self and living as Truth. By returning to the origin, life transforms from something fleeting into something eternally realβexactly as taught by Master Woo Myung. π
