INTRODUCTION
In this concise yet powerful teaching, Master Woo Myung explains why the human mind becomes karma, habit, and sin.
Humans live according to the mind they possess—one that is typically shaped by self-centeredness, greed, and attachment. Because this mind is no larger than one’s self-made image, it limits actions, perceptions, and every aspect of life. 🌑
This attachment-filled mind binds people within themselves, causing spiritual death.
The path to freedom is repentance, the cleansing of the false mind, and the return to perfection, which is the original state of Truth. 🌟
ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
Man’s Mind Is Full of Self-Centered Attachments, Which Is Why His Mind Is His Karma, Habit, and Sin
Man lives life with the mind he has.
He lives self-centeredly;
he lives protecting his self;
he lives only for his selfish being.
He is greedy
and thinks with an attachment-filled mind
that is no bigger than his own image,
which is why he is only able to act according to his image.
We have such attachment-filled minds
that are narrow due to greed
and so we are dead, bound within ourselves.
We must repent and thus become free of our shackles of sin
so that we may return to perfection.
