INTRODUCTION
β¨ In this powerful teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that Truth becomes unhindered only when man stands in it. What obscures Truth are the karma, habits, and memories of the human mind. πΏ
To live in Truth, one must let go of the life he has lived and the self-made world within him. Only by discarding the individual mind can one see Truth clearly, without distortion or obstruction. This passage reveals the essential exchange at the heart of enlightenment: trading oneβs false self for the Truth that is eternal. π
ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
Unhindered Truth
Truth must be as it is
in order for it to be unhindered.
It is due to the karma and habits of man
that Truth is hindered.
In order for Truth to be unhindered,
man must stand in Truth.
In order to stand in Truth,
he must discard his life,
for if he dwells in it, Truth will be far away.
One must forever trade his life for Truth
in order for Truth to be revealed.
One must eliminate his individual mind
in order to see Truth.
