INTRODUCTION

โœจ In this teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that true action comes from a single-minded, undivided state.
When the mind hesitates with multiple motivations, thoughts, and desires, one cannot act according to Truth.
Successโ€”both spiritually and in the human worldโ€”comes when there is no extra mind inside the mind, when body and mind move as one. ๐ŸŒฟ

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

Single-mindedness

A mind that hesitates has many motivations,
and actions with many thoughts
and motivations are not true.
A true action is one that is just carried out
as things are,
which can happen when there is unity of body
and mind.
A person with many thoughts cannot succeed
in this world;
in order to succeed, there must be no minds inside
oneโ€™s mind.
When man dies, his thoughts remain
and these thoughts form his self.
This is what the individual self is.
Bound by his own self, there is no escape,
and only the mind of hesitation remains in his mind.

REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION

At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners learn how extra minds, motivations, and hidden thoughts create hesitation and conflict.
When these mind-made layers disappear, the practitioner becomes single-minded, acting naturally and clearlyโ€”just as things are.

In this state, body and mind move in unity.
There is no hesitation, no confusion, and no inner division.
This clarity is the foundation of true action, freedom, and success, because the false individual selfโ€”made of thoughts and memoriesโ€”no longer controls the mind. ๐ŸŒ
