I Have Tried Meditation in the Past, But It Was Not Easy to Do. How Do You Empty and Cleanse Your Mind?

One’s mind is composed of the karma, which is the life lived, habits one inherited from his parents, and this body. These are human sins. People are living in the false world because they are living inside the world that they have constructed instead of living in the world. When you discard all of this, you can become Truth, be reborn, and live in the Land of Truth.

The Bible says that people with pure minds and hearts can see God and those who are poor in spirit are blessed as the kingdom of heaven is theirs. When you discard your false mind, you will become true to the extent that the false mind is discarded; the more you become true, the more you will realize, and this is enlightenment. When you completely discard the false mind and become Truth, you will come to know all the ways of the world. You will no longer have any unresolved questions, doubts, suffering, or burden. It is possible to cleanse your mind because there is a method to cleanse your mind.
